Miguel Mira

Miguel Mira (b. 1995, Spain) belongs to a family of farmers from an almost uninhabited small town in the Spanish province of Alicante. He finds in this, a universe full of personalities and unexplored places. Such a condition of place also configures a sensitive and activistic perspective that develops main themes such as human exploitation, the deconstruction of standardised roles and beauty standards linked to the working class. Regardless of the diversity of his work, sincerity and humility are embodied within everything he looks at.
