Dominique Gebbink (b. 1966) captures images while wandering through Google Street View or flying over Apple Maps. This may result in a kind of landscape or documentary photography in our online world but more often in autonomous fine art photography. In her projects, representation and interpretation of reality always play a part. How perfect can a representation of reality be? Does it exist? Do we all see reality in the same way? Dominique graduated from the Fotoacademie Amsterdam in 2019.
