Janik Bürgin

Janik Bürgin (b. 1994, Switzerland) is a photographer from Basel, Switzerland, who recently graduated from the School of Design in Zurich. ‘Walking with the Wind’ is a group of artworks in which Bürgin attempts to elucidate questions such as “How are his decisions in life affecting the route he takes?” and “Is the path of life determined from birth or can it be changed and lead in another direction?” Thoughts about existence, coincidence and fate are fundamental elements of his work.
