Kseniia Apresian

Kseniya Apresian (b. 1991, Russia) is a Russian documentary photographer based in Berlin. She studied at the Fotografika Academy of Documentary and Art Photography in Saint-Petersburg, and took courses at Ostkreuzschule for Photography in Berlin. Her personal projects mostly contain intimate portraits and raise the topics of self-perception, psychology, gender, sexuality, culture and immigration. She moved to Germany in 2018 and continues to explore the personalities of the people around her with her camera. Her works have been exhibited in Germany and Russia.
