Rosa Lacavalla
ITALY
Rosa Lacavalla (b. 1993, Italy) is an Apulian photographer and visual artist based in Bologna. After receiving her BA in Graphic Art, she graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts of Bologna with a MA in Photography, spending part of her studies in England at Coventry University. Her visual research accompanies the viewer into a silent, suspended world, escaping the noise of daily life. Using photography as a therapeutic tool, her latest work ‘Sana Sana’ is a journey in search of inner healing, in which she intends to show, through images, the feeling of pain, both physical and psychological.
